Great to hear our Walter-McNulty fortepiano in action at the Queen’s Hall, Edinburgh for a live broadcast on BBC Radio 3 yesterday. Despite receiving excessive punishment at the hands of Robert Levin, accompanying Steven Isserlis on the cello playing Beethoven repertoire, the piano sounded good thanks to the Alexander Skeaping’s hard work tuning and Paul McNulty’s servicing and preparation earlier this month.
